As chair of the Yugul Mangi Development Aboriginal Corporation and active employee, he brings a wealth of valuable experience. He also contributes to MyCDP and holds leadership roles in the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority and Northern Land Council, demonstrating commitment to cultural leadership.

Michelle is passionate about community involvement and truly makes an impact in all her endeavors.

Rayner Woods

Rayner Woods serves as an Alternate Director of the Yugul Mangi Development Aboriginal Corporation (YMDAC).  She joins us from the Ritharrangu Clan.  Raynar works at the Ngukurr Guluman Centre, and is an integral member of the Childcare team.  She is actively involved in initiatives that contribute towards community employment and capacity building. Her dedication to fostering growth and opportunity within the community is commendable.

With a dedicated role as a community support worker at Ngukurr Safe House, she actively supports the well-being of her community. Additionally, Jodie is a proud member of Yugul Mangi's Strongbala Pipul Wanbala Bois Komiti, showcasing her commitment to a positive impact.

Ngandi/Ngalakan Man from Northeast Arnhem

Born and bred in Ngukurr, he supports the seven clans and extended region with cultural participation in ceremonies and the harmonious balance of lore. Owen is a Director of Yugul Mangi Development Aboriginal Corporation in Ngukurr and holds the Cultural Governance position supporting community and culture. Owen is a well respected leader and is on the Roper Gulf Regional council as a LA member and previously a Councillor for the Roper Gulf Region. Owens heart lies in protecting the culture and values of the seven clans of Ngukurr and maintaining balance of culture.  Additionally serving as an IPA member he is passionate about protecting his community and creating harmony within Ngukurr Region. Owen is passionate about the health and wellbeing of the community leading the way in physical social and emotional wellbeing. Owen leads the Ngukurr Bulldogs teams both male and female and has been a part of this for over 30 years.
