Bobby is a well respected community leader based in Ngukurr, Northern Territory, with longstanding service across regional governance, cultural development, and land and water management. He chairs the Yugul Mangi Development Aboriginal Corporation (YMDAC) and also serves as an employee of YMDAC, bringing hands-on governance and operational experience. Bobby is also a director of MyCDP which delivers employment, training and projects to the local community. Bobby holds leadership roles with the Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority (AAPA) as a chairman and board member and with the Northern Land Council (NLC) as an executive member. He acts as Secretary Director for Wuyagiba and contributes to regional water planning as a member of the Roper Water Governance Council. Bobby’s work is defined by commitment to cultural leadership, local development, and collaborative regional governance.

She serves as a Board Member for YMDAC and works as an Aboriginal Liaison Officer with NT Police. In her role as Director at Sunrise Health, she focuses on enhancing health outcomes and actively participates in the RGRC to support local initiatives.
